AUSTRALIA BANGLADESH TRADE CONFERENCE (ABTC 2019) & ABBC BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARDS & GALA NIGHT 2019
In the last decade, Bangladesh-Australia trade relations have been the most vibrant among all countries Australia trade with. There are prospects of further dynamism in bilateral trade as Bangladesh maintains robust economic growth and social development.
In order to collectively discuss potentials and challenges to materialize them, Australia Bangladesh Business Council (ABBC) in association with the Bangladesh High Commission, Canberra is organizing the Australia Bangladesh Trade Conference (ABTC) 2019 in Sydney from 30 April to 2 May, 2019 in Sydney’s CBD.
The event is set to be one of the largest and most impactful trade conferences bringing together business entities in Bangladesh and Australia with current and/or future business interest in each other. Industry bodies and associations, researchers, industry and policy analysts, government officials of both countries and policymakers in an attempt to demonstrate and discuss opportunities in trade Investment in a range of industries of mutual interest with a view to growing the bilateral trade and economic interactions between Australia and Bangladesh.
We are pleased to inform that the Hon’ble Commerce Minister of Bangladesh has kindly consented to grace the Conference with a sizable delegation from Bangladesh. The Hon’blePower, Energy and Mineral Resources Affairs Adviser to the PM of Bangladesh as well as Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) are also expected to attain the Conference.
On the evening of Day 2 of the Conference, the ABBC Business Excellence Awards & Gala Night 2019 will be held as well. Nominations will be opened for 9 categories on 01 April 2019 and will close on 20 April 2019.
